The beginning of lent. A day where you pray for the forgiveness of your sins (probably ones that were committed as recent as Mardi Gras?) What do you do on this day?

tonight i'm leading worship at our service - which i am oddly nervous about. and also beginning my fasting of television. it's gonna be a great (and long) 40 days!
@haemina@xanga - haha ... I read that the sundays aren't counted to it's really 46 days? Is that so? :)
and yes, I had to make that comment, I found it quite amusing that Fat Tuesday is the day for reveling and the next day you atone for your sins.
