Prayer Request
Please pray for me, I'm so sick! I've had a flu/cold/sore throat since thursday and it's finally going away but I'd like for it to go away sooner. I'm tired of being trapped in my room.

I am praying for you to get better (drink orange juice with pulp) it helps keep the sinsus clear.
@yellowflight1@xanga - hmm, I never drink with the pulp, I'll have to try it. I did have grapefruit with the pulp today, I'm not a big fan of grapefruit so it was quite a feat!
@shanella - I heard this from the son of a old time country doctor, he said that there is something in the pulp that heals sinus problems, I have used it for over a year and it has really helped. The other trick I use is when my nose starts being stuffy or running ... bend your thumbs. Making a fist works too. It's something about nerve endings? I don't know , but it works.
