• It is well ...

  
  The psalmist David said, "Praise the Lord, soul". He makes a decision in his heart that he will praise the Lord. Sometimes I feel like that, like I need to tell my entire being that it is time to praise the Lord. I feel the need to jump up and say, "Shanella, get up and get busy!" This is how I am feeling today.
  
  My body is tired, it wants to sleep and to relax and just forget about everything it's suppose to do, but I am not having it. It will still pray and it will still praise it's maker because I know that in praying and praising it will be rejuvenated.
