Architect (Matrix Reloaded): Hope. It is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of your greatest strength and your greatest weakness.
Bible (Romans 8:24-27): For in this hope we were saved. But hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has? But if we hope for what we do not yet have, we wait for it patiently. In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will.
Shanella: Hope is one of the only things that keeps me going - that keeps me living. It allows me to wake up each morning and go on with life. I have hope in Christ, that one day this life on earth will end when my work here is done and I will meet Him face to face. Is it weak? I don't think so. It might just be one of the bravest steps someone can make.

Kim: Hope is a constant expectation that God is doing/about to do something wonderful in your life! (even if it just his saving work at the moment, aka, making you more like him)
Good post!
@Kim - Amen to your definition :)
